Founded by husband and wife team Jed and Stella Ashton-Hill, our business was created with one simple goal: to provide the level of service we believe every property owner and tenant deserves.
As property investors ourselves, we understand that every investment represents years of hard work, sacrifice and planning. That's why we treat every property as if it were our own, taking a proactive approach to protect your investment while building positive relationships with the people who call it home.
Unlike larger agencies where you're often just another number, we intentionally remain boutique so we can provide personalised service, prompt communication and the attention to detail that is often lost in high-volume property management.

Jed brings years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, caretaking and project management. His practical knowledge allows us to identify maintenance issues early, recommend cost-effective solutions and help owners avoid unnecessary expenses before small problems become major ones.
Stella has built her career around property management, communication and client relationships. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service, keeping owners informed and ensuring both landlords and tenants feel supported throughout every stage of the tenancy.
